7. How do I know which mission agency to choose?

Big question. Do your research, find out the;  Who? What? Where? How? of different mission agencies.

Those organisations listed on the Network directory pages of this website have links to their organisations where you can find job vacancy spots on their individual websites.

If you know someone connected with a mission, ask them! If you have a particular skill or a particular interest in a people group or location, that may also lead you to a smaller pool of mission agencies. Above all pray that God will lead you to the place & people where you will be most effective.
